ProSolve Flexipost

The ProSolve orange flexi post is built for environments where standard rigid posts don’t last long, usually because they get hit sooner or later. That’s just how these areas work.

It stands 800mm high, with a 200mm wide base and a 100mm post width, which gives it enough visibility to clearly define lanes, edges, or restricted areas without taking up unnecessary space. You see it. You avoid it. That’s the idea.

The material is PU/EVA, which gives it the flexibility needed to handle impact without cracking or breaking the way more rigid options tend to. When it’s struck, it bends. Then it comes back to vertical. Repeatedly. That’s what it’s there for.

At 1.2kg, it’s light enough to handle and position easily, but still has enough weight to sit properly once installed. It doesn’t feel flimsy, and it doesn’t need constant adjustment after minor contact.

The high impact resistance is the key part here. In areas like warehouses, loading zones, or busy accessways, posts get clipped by vehicles, forklifts, or general movement. This is designed with that in mind, rather than pretending it won’t happen.

You’ll typically see these used for lane separation, hazard marking, traffic guidance, and protecting edges or equipment, especially in environments where durability matters more than appearance. They’re there to take the hit so other things don’t have to.

Installation is straightforward, and once they’re in, they do their job without much attention.
